Hensel 3000 "Ed Straker" has a very big 60's feel and reminded me of the old Pearl & Dean adverts in cinema's years ago.Asteroid Killer's "Starchaser" reminded me of early Human League. Nest is an experimental offering from 2TR. The Kraftwerk vocoder driven "Geldautomat" by Robot Comes To Me follows before the rather strange track "Last View" by Ella Blame. The excellent Alba Beat are back with their excellent track "The City Shines". The very early Depeche Mode sounding "Sun And Rainfall" by Electraset is next and is a great synthpop track. An ambient experimental track "Glass Hour Siren" by The Truth About Frank is the next offering. The brand new Machine Boy track "Jamie" follows and is the stunning new single taken from his brilliant album "The Good Machine". Next up are Italian synthpop duo Giving For The Call" with an instant catchy synthpop track "I Never Want To Go". A band I have been following for over a year now and this track along with Machine Boys track are the outstanding tracks on the show.
A quite liked the track "Saviour" by Alien Skin, a nice easy going electro track - good track! Cling's "Groovyshoes" is next and is a mid paced electronic instrumental. This is followed by another experimental track in the shape of "Planetz" by KickRaTT. Bik's track "Sunrise" is an easy going track which is followed by the expirimental track "Slow Chromatics" by Unmorph. I really liked the next track "Autumn Gog" by Mind Around The Hole a chillout track which flows really well. More electro industrial experimentation follows with Sub Duxtion's "forewarning". Enjoyed the next track "Exploding Bomb" an upbeat electonic track, following that is the ambient track "Stardust" by Perfect Blue a track I really liked. This is followed by another ambient piece "Rainfall Brothers" by Circa. The final track "Trouble" by Skully closes the show and again is a good ambient/chillout track.
A superb mix of tracks on this show well worth checking out - excellent job again Ian.
